How is the voting order determined?

Tonight, spokespersons from all the 42 participating countries will read their country's points at the end of the final. But how is their order determined?

Last year EBU introduced a new method to find out the voting order instead of traditional draw.

"This year we are doing the voting sequence a little differently. For the viewers at home it will look the same, but we are actually calculating, how, based on the juries votes given the day before the Final. We are calculating the order of the spokespersons and this is done to create more suspense", the Executive Supervisor of the contest, Jon Ola Sand explained in May 2011.

This means that the voting order is determined based on the jury votes which EBU received today. A special mathematical formula will be used to find out the order of voting. Order was announced by the organisers earlier this afternoon and it is below. Also list of spokespersons can be found:
