RTCG has internally selected Rambo Amadeus as the representive for Montenegro. He will be competing in the Eurovision Song Contest.

This means that Montenegro will make a comeback to Eurovision, as earlier predicted. Song for Rambo Amadeus will be recorded in Ljubljana, so no national selection where audience can vote.

Amadeus is a 48-year-old singer/songwriter, born in Yugoslavia. Antonije Pušić (his real name) currently lives in Belgrade, Serbia and his native Montenegro. Rambo Amadeus is one of the most prominent cult figures on the ex-Yugoslav music scene, as his website says.
