As earlier reported, IBA officially presented their Eurovision entry today. 'Time' is performed by a group called 'Izabo'

The demo version leaked online earlier this month. It was removed from YouTube a bit later. Now you can listen to the final version of the song here.

Izabo was selected internally by the broadcaster for Eurovision 2012. Announcement was made on February 7th. Their debut album was released in 2003, although the group has been active since 1989. Their 2nd album "Superlight" was released in Israel and France in 2008. Since 2006, Izabo have been busy touring Europe at a variety of festivals.
