The Irish Eurovision representatives John and Edward aka Jedward have released their unofficial Euro 2012 charity single today.

The song features lyrics written by RTE 2FM's Colm Hayes to the music of Jedward's Eurovision 2011 entry 'Lipstick'. Song was recorded in aid of the ISPCC, The Irish Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Children. It's also Ireland's unofficial single for the upcoming Euro 2012. "It's great to be involved with the ISPCC, and the Irish football team. It's the perfect song for Ireland to go to Europe with as all the other countries already know Lipstick so they will be able to sing along with it. We want all our fans to go out and buy it and pick up a cape in Elverys, and support the ISPCC. Get your green capes on Jed Fans", the twins said in an interview with RTÉ.
